This label is to be used on or adjacent to a switch, circuit breaker, or disconnecting means where all terminals can be live in the open position. This can be a backfeed breaker, disconnect switch, or meter base.
Placards are constructed of an anodized aluminum face with high-performance, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive.
